Shipping & Deliveries

Free U.S. Standard Shipping - Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be longer than expected

- Free Standard Ground shipping within Contiguous USA only. This offer does not apply to International countries, US Territories, or Alaska and Hawaii.

- Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will ship the next business day. 

Orders with Standard Shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the manufacture or to International countries, US Territories, or Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to International countries, US Territories, or Alaska and Hawaii.

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States

1) Standard 3-6 Business Day Delivery on All Orders - FREE

2) Express Guaranteed 2-3 Business Day Delivery - $20+ (Rate based on ship to location)

3) Overnight Guaranteed 1 Business Day Delivery - $40+ (Rate based on ship to location)

Do we ship Internationally?

No, LIBERTY Health Supply does NOT ship internationally. If you have any questions, please contact us. We apologize for any inconveniences. 

Where else do we ship?

APO/FPO - We offer standard shipping to Military addresses. Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout. Orders will be shipped with USPS.

US Territories - We currently offer shipping to all US Territories.

How do we ship?

Shipments will arrive via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Unless requested, we do not require signature for delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, a note will be left at your location on how to receive your package. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us or the carrier of your shipment.

How do I track my order?

My package never got delivered or is lost 

We truly understand your point of frustration and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience caused. Once the package is marked as "Delivered" on the tracking page, it means the package should have been delivered by the local postal provider and carrier does not file the claims for these shipments, the tracking often stops once the package is handed over to the local post office for further delivery. We would suggest having you reach out to your local postal service provider to check if they might have the package. If they do not have the package, then you can file a claim with the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier that was used to deliver your package and open a claim/investigation. It will take about 5-8 business days for your claim/investigation to be closed. Once confirmed as “lost” by the shipping carrier, please reach out to our customer service to move forward.
